FIRE EXTINGUISHER ANNUAL INSPECTION AND SERVICING

What to expect in fire extinguisher inspection
VISUAL INSPECTION: Gauges, Cylinder, Expiry Date & etc.

We will check the expiry date of the JBDP Certificate, then the gauge meter if its in the green zone or not, cylinder is in good condition and no visible leaking & safety pin is secured or not.
PHYSICAL INSPECTION: Weight, Cylinder, Hose, Seal, & etc.

We measure the weight is up to code or not, if not we will refill the powder and gas accordingly, Once we refill, the O ring of each cylinder is void and need a replacement. After refilling, we will make sure that the there is no leaking and hose is up to standard then we will seal with safety cable tie. Last but not least is to make sure that the cylinder is as good as new.
VERIFY & TAG UNIT : Location & Date

We will register the cylinder unit in the eFEIS system for certificate renwal and inspection by the JBDP Malaysia. Once approved, we will tag the cylinder with the new certificate complete with the address and expiry date for the customer reference. and the cylinder are ready for action!
